* How to download PDF patterns
You will receive e-mails showing the link of the pattern data just after the confirmation of your transaction. The links are valid for 30 days. If you have trouble downloading your file, please contact us with your receipt.
* I didn't get an e-mail with the download link
Please make sure to check the e-mail address that is used to the purchase, and check the spam folder.
* The download link expired
Please notify us that with your receipt or order number(#00000). We will track your purchase and send the link again.
* How to open ZIP file
The patterns are delivered as a ZIP format and it includes multiple files as each listing page stated.
Normally we can open ZIP with a double click, but if it does not work, there are many free applications for opening that like followings ;

* How to open PDF file
Please try to open the files using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Also the layer function of the patterns works on this app. The application is free > https://get.adobe.com/reader/
You can open it with other apps like Preview app, but it causes some bugs and does not support layer system.
* The test square on my pattern is incorrect size
* Some edges of each page are missing
The data size is 100%. Print without scaling as shown.
* How to print layered PDF patterns
The pattern data has layers. It can be printed or shown only the size(s) you need. For better visibility, show only the layers you need. Please refer the file about layered pdf included in the download files or 2nd page of the instruction.
* Can I sell garments made from Waffle Patterns?
Waffle Patterns are for personal home use only and cannot be commercially produced. But if you wish to sell them elsewhere in small scale (such as your website, craft fairs, Etsy shop etc) , please contact me and we can discuss about the license.
* Size Chart
You can find the size chart in the pictures on each listing page. It shows body measurements and finished measurement.
The patterns are drafted for a B-C cup bust and an average height of 165 - 168cm.
* Pattern file format
The pattern files are PDF format for print only and can not be edited. If you need the data file with other format, please contact me and we can discuss about the detail.
